WRED IS ME.

Hi there, I’m Wendy. I live on a gulf island on the west coast of Canada.

I wanted a playful brand for my woodworking and crafting projects. Since I drive a red Jeep Wrangler, I thought WRED Wrangler would be a fun play on words.

And my favorite Woman Retired Extremely Dangerous - especially when in a hardwood supply store!

But what about those robots, you might ask?

I use power tools and other traditional woodworking tools, as well as a CNC router and CO2 laser - the latter are my robots. I mainly use the power tools, but whenever I can I use the robots, because they're just so much fun to use.

I’m a mom, grandma, sister, cousin, aunt, friend and wife of a very supportive and encouraging husband. And I like to make stuff.

Family and friends often ask me what I make. This website showcases some of my woodworking and laser engraving projects.
